Starting his career on Wall Street, he has over 30 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buy-outs, and debt and equity financing. Steve has completed over 50 Aerospace & Defense M&A transactions valued at over $5 billion.
