Landing Gear Overhaul Business

  • Target: Miami, FL-based Landing Gear Overhaul Business provides complete in-house repair and overhaul services of commercial, military and regional aircraft landing gear and flap carriage assemblies across 43 aircraft types.   • Buyer: Fort Lauderdale, FL-based GA Telesis is a global provider of integrated aviation services, specializing in aircraft leasing, engine overhauls, and component solutions. The company supports airlines, lessors, and MROs with comprehensive services that enhance fleet performance and operational efficiency.

  • Terms: Transaction announced on December 20, 2024. Purchase price is expected to be $51M.

The company offers line and base maintenance, modifications, and asset management solutions. The company serves commercial, defense, and general aviation markets.

  • Buyer: India-based Adani Group is a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning energy, infrastructure, logistics, and agribusiness. The company operates in industries including renewable energy, ports, airports, mining, and data centers. The company supports economic growth through large-scale projects across India and global markets.

  • Terms: Transaction announced on December 23, 2024. Adani Group is expected to acquire an 85.8% controlling stake for $47M, representing an implied enterprise value of $55M.
