2024 Year in Review—Looking Ahead to 2025

Written by Stephen Perry | 01/28/2025

2024 was another productive year for Janes Capital Partners. We advised/co-advised on four (4)  Aerospace & Defense transactions valued at over $800 million in Total Enterprise Value (TEV), including transactions in the United States, UK, and Australia.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are energized by the opportunities in our pipeline—as well as those on the near term horizon. The aerospace industry continues to rebound from exogenous factors (COVID, supply chain challenges and 737 MAX). On the defense side, global defense spending continues to increase due to a steady rise in global conflict (Ukraine, Gaza, Lebanon and Syria) and accelerating great power competition.

Our 25+ year focus on Aerospace & Defense, extensive buyer relationships and highly specialized sector knowledge, position us well for the year ahead.

We extend our sincere thanks to our clients (past and present), referral sources, Oaklins colleagues and teammates for their trust, support and commitment.

Wishing you a successful, healthy and fulfilling 2025!
