Janes Capital Partners celebrates 10 years as a member of Oaklins International

Janes Capital Partners is proud to have completed its 10th year as a member of Oaklins International. Oaklins is a consortium of 45 M&A advisory firms, located across 60 major financial centers employing a combined 850 investment bankers.  To date, Oaklins has completed 7,000 transactions, including 385 transactions in 2024. Oaklins recently ranked 9th in deal volume among all M&A advisory firms worldwide. Oaklins has 15 industry practice groups, including the global Aerospace & Defense group led by Janes Capital Partners.

Over the last decade, Janes Capital Partners has built strong relationships with numerous Oaklins firms in order to enhance our cross-border M&A capabilities within strategically important Aerospace & Defense manufacturing clusters.  These include: (i) traditional clusters (US, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Japan, Brazil, Italy); and (ii) emerging clusters (Australia, India, Turkey, Israel, Morocco, Sweden, Poland, Mexico, UAE and Saudi Arabia).  In short, “Oaklins maintains boots on the ground in every Aerospace & Defense manufacturing cluster worldwide” said Perry.

Not only do we collaborate together, we also learn together at internal events, via the Oaklins intranet and through instructor led online classes.  “Since joining Oaklins, Janes Capital Partners has incorporated dozens of refinements and best practices into our own internal processes, learned from our colleagues at other Oaklins firms”.
