  • Target: Dayton, OH-based Dayton Operations of Stevens Aerospace provides fixed-base operations, as well as maintenance, repair, and overhaul services business. The operations have 370,000 square feet of leasehold space that includes a full refurbishment design center for paint and interiors plus aircraft hangar storage.

  • Buyer: Stuart, FL-based Premier operates a floating charter fleet of light, medium, and large cabin jets. The company maintains three FAR Part 145 Repair stations under the Premier Aviation Services brand, and makes its maintenance services, including AOG services, available to third-party aircraft owners and operators.

  • Terms: Transaction announced on February 5, 2024. Terms not disclosed.

  • Target: Australia-based Aviation Services is a provider of independent & flexible NDT services across the Australia, Pacific Island and Asia region. The company provides its NDT solutions to a wide range of general and commercial aviation customers.

  • Buyer: Australia-based Heston offers MRO services though its network of independent line stations across Australia. The company’s capabilities include line maintenance, aircraft parking & storage, technical training, and engine on/off wing services & BSI.

  • Target: Miami, FL-based AOG Accessories specializes in providing repair services covering equipment manufactured by many of the galley equipment and interior parts for major OEMs. The company provides repairs from its FAA Part 145 and EASA approved repair station and has capabilities for dual release on equipment within ATA Chapters 25, 26, 35 and 38.

  • Buyer: Miramar, FL-based provides advanced repair solutions for next generation fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic & electro-mechanical components for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace markets.

  • Buyer: Alexandria, VA-based VSE provides aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, naval, and supply chain markets.

  • Terms: Transaction announced on February 29, 2024. The purchase price is expected to be $120M.
