Aerospace Parts Maker Doncasters Raises $919.3M in US IPO
June 24, 2026 - Doncasters raised $919.3 million in its U.S. initial public offering after pricing shares at $33 each, above its marketed range. The aerospace components manufacturer has invested more than $170 million since 2020 to modernize facilities and expand capacity following a restructuring that transferred ownership to its lenders. The company, which supplies parts for aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines, will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DPC. (Reuters)
Lockheed Inks Massive THAAD Deal Worth Up to $35B
June 24, 2026 - The Missile Defense Agency has awarded Lockheed Martin a $35 billion contract to increase production of THAAD interceptors over the next seven years. The agreement will raise annual output from 96 missiles to 400 missiles as part of a broader effort to strengthen the U.S. defense industrial base. Defense Stocks Plummet on Reports Germany is Scrapping Warships; Rheinmetall Stock Down 18%

Stark Defence Raises €500M Led by Sequoia and Founders Fund at a Valuation Above €3.5B
June 23, 2026 - Berlin-based drone company Stark Defence has raised €500 million in a funding round led by Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund, valuing the company at more than €3.5 billion. The company develops loitering munitions, including its Virtus drone, which has been deployed in Ukraine, and plans to use most of the new capital to expand manufacturing and research capabilities.
