Stephen Perry is the Managing Director and co-founder of Janes Capital Partners. Starting his career on Wall Street, he has over 30 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buy-outs, and debt and equity financing. Steve has completed over 50 Aerospace & Defense M&A transactions valued at over $5 billion.
